The people who take time out of the day to comment oh this place is so loud i can’t order my latte at McDonald’s of all places makes me laugh its a car wash of course its loud why doesn’t McDonald’s build a wall to block sound if it’s such a big deal to them cause the city approved of this car wash and McDonald’s didn’t fight it. Overall I love this car wash great staff great wash so many deals all the time just got told there’s even a member appreciation day coming up don’t let these other people with sensitive ears sway you its a fantastic car wash

I know this sounds petty but it's just basic business decency here- I just paid these people $16 because I asked how I could get the rainbow-colored soap on the car for my kids, they love it. They sold me the highest package and said it had the rainbow soap. I went through and it didn't have any rainbow soap so I went back and asked for my money back, and he refused to give me a refund and said "sorry I don't know why they call it rainbow soap, it's not actually colorful soap" But he specifically heard me ask for this and say my kids wanted it, and my kids specifically heard him lie to me initially saying it was colorful soap. My kids were confused why he would just lie for the money, and then tell us the truth a few minutes later but refuse to give us the money back. Nate was one of the guys telling me this was the policy.

Tommy has excellent products. I just detailed my auto, and the combination of soaps, brushes & water pressure, remove dirt, grim, road- grease, salt, snow, perfectly 👌. Open later than most car washes, convenience is good 👍 🚗

Went yesterday morning not busy at all paid for the ultimate and after stopping to clean floor mats which I ran through 4 times and still didn't clean them I noticed my tailgate was never touched by the wash. I talked to the guy pulling you in and he said "well that's Tommy's for ya" and walked away. Not impressed at all at least with Zippy you get a free regular wash with Ultimate wash to use in 3 days after.

For over a year I have been using Zippy's car wash even though I did not want to go there because of their rude behavior. The opening of Tommy's express car wash was a boon: I thought, but was wrong. The first wash at this place was a disaster. My shiny new black Tesla ended up having multiple scratches. I noticed the scratches immediately after the wash and tried to talk to some one, but i was told that the manager on duty is not available. I took a picture with the GPS time and date stamp. Due to my travel, I could not go there the next 4 days. When I went there to talk to the manager, I was told that I should have talked to the manager the very same day. The lady who spoke to me was not even interested to see the picture. People were rude in Zippy , but for over a year my car never got scratched while being washed. People here are nice and polite but I do not want my car being scratched again !!
